This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our services. Indemnifications Indemnifications by customer. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Royal Skin Therapy, it's owners and employees, harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees and costs of suit arising out of our Customer's use of services provided to you by Royal Skin Therapy. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, loss of data, claims for libel, slander, infringement of copyright, theft of misappropriation of intellectual property, or unauthorized use of any trademark, trade name, or service mark. Indemnification by Royal Skin Therapy. Except as otherwise herein provided, Royal Skin Therapy agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs of suit (but excluding consequential damages) arising from Royal Skin Therapys gross negligence in the course of providing service under this agreement. Back to top Information Acquired All information and contents thereof obtained using Royal Skin Therapy Services is the sole responsibility of the customer. Royal Skin Therapy, it's owners or employees, will not be held responsible for any damages you or another party suffer as a result of our service. Transmission of any material in violation of any Canada and U.S., state or local regulation is strictly prohibited. Back to top Canceling If you wish to cancel orders with Royal Skin Therapy, you are required to give written notice by e-mail. Canceling does not relieve you of liability for any outstanding funds due to Royal Skin Therapy which covers 25% of cost of package, included within is the re-stocking fee, processing fee, shipping and taxes. This also applies to orders originating outside of the United States of America. If you wish to return the products after receiving, you may do so during the 7 days after receiving the products. In case of return of the products you will be refunded the total amount paid for the products minus the cost of packaging, re-stocking fee, processing fee, shipping and taxes. Back to top Interruptions and discontinuances Royal Skin Therapy is not, and will not be responsible for interruptions or discontinuances of service caused by factors beyond it's control, including, but not limited to equipment failure, delays, negligence, strikes, or acts of God. Back to top Amendments These Terms and conditions supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements or understandings, inducements or conditions, expressed or implied, between Royal Skin Therapy and the customer(s).
